The Sa Vinya house is located the south of the island, in the countryside, in a very calm place, ideal for children and relax.
The situation of the house is very exclusive. The house is located to 9
Kilometers from Santanyí and 5 minutes in car from the Campos town, where you will find all the services: restaurants, gas stations, banks, supermarkets.
The house is located to 15 minutes of the best beaches in the island: Es
Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita, Sa Colònia.
No celebrations or events are allowed in any of our houses. During the stay, no more people than those authorized by contract and/or prior notice and authorization by the owner may come to the house.
The persons will be identified on the day of check-in and in case of non-compliance, the reservation will be invalidated.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Pool is very big for the size of rental property and spotlessly clean. Property was clean and modern and well equipped. Host was welcoming and there were lovely supplies on arrival - wine, cheese, fruit and water. Lots of tea, milk,.coffee filters provided too. Soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid and toilet paper - unlike most rentals!
The area is nice and quiet but close to Campos and Santanyi for supermarkets, restaurants and the coast. We enjoyed kayaking at Cala Figuera. Wish we could have stqyed longer!!!
