Direct access to some of the best hiking, fishing, and ATV trails in Tonto National Forest.

Street parking is not permitted including when loading and unloading of vehicles. Vehicles may only park on our driveway.

Parties, events, and weddings are strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are from 8am-8pm. There are two noise monitoring devices (decibel meters) on the property that measure sound levels and will alert the Host if noise exceeds acceptable thresholds. These devices do not record audio and are solely to help ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Outdoor music is permitted during 8am-8pm however please keep the volume at a reasonable level that does not distrub or interfere with neighboring properties. Acoustic guitars around the campfire are welcome and encouraged.

Outdoor lighting must be turned off by 10 p.m. each night. The string lights are controlled by the switch on the shed, around the corner from the outdoor grill. The sandbox lights are controlled by the button on the black box under the deck.

Fireworks of any kind are not permitted due to the property’s proximity to the National Forest land and extreme fire risk. Violations may result in significant fines, legal consequences and immediate removal from the property without refund.

The number of guests listed on your reservation is the maximum number of guests permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests are not permitted and may result in additional fees of $100 per guest, per night, and/or immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Do not remove items or tamper with cameras, decibel meters, alarms, routers or utilities.

When a fire ban is in effect, please use only the provided propane fire pit. Firewood, located under the deck, may be used only when no fire ban is in place. Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before guests go to sleep or leave the property.

BB guns, airsoft guns, pellet guns, and similar items are strictly prohibited on the property.

Confetti cannons, confetti bombs, poppers, glitter, and similar party items are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, including the yard, driveway, and all outdoor areas. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $500 for any mess left behind, and violations may result in termination of your stay without refund.

Dogs are allowed with prior approval and $100 fee per pet. The property is not fully fenced and dogs must be on a leash at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the property or within 20 feet of house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the canister outside by the outdoor grill.
