At Revana Realty, every stay is thoughtfully curated for comfort, security, and serenity—for both our guests and homeowners. To uphold this experience, we kindly ask all guests to review and adhere to the following:
• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
• Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
• Parties, weddings, events, bachelor/bachelorette's of any kind are not permitted.
• Standard occupancy is limited to 14 guests. Up to 2 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.
• Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
• For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.

Gorgeous home and such an incredible experience. The pizza oven was a huge hit. The seating around the property was used daily to enjoy the scenery from every angle. Our kids and dogs were worn out in the best way. Highly recommend this property.

Our family of 15 had such a great time! The house itself met all of our needs. Great kitchen- well equipped and nice sized. We cooked all of our meal there over the 4 nights. The house had plenty of comfy beds and places to hang out. The patio and backyard were heavenly. Elk came right up into the backyard and the kiddos loved catching crawfish, frogs, and fish in the creek. We did lots of hiking nearby.

The cabin and grounds were even better than pictured in the ad. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful and supplied well. The deck overlooking the back yard and the stream behind the house was a little slice of heaven.
The property manager was very responsive to our needs and questions. I highly recommend this property.

The cabin was amazing and comfortable! Easy to find and plenty of space. The kids enjoyed watching TV/movies from the hot tub and playing ping pong. The adults loved sitting next to fire place and watching movies at night. The beds were comfortable and blankets warm even with the night being chilly. I really enjoyed the property and everyone that joined us were in awe of the back porch and yard as well as the cabin! The 3 sitting areas/family rooms made it really nice for kids to watch their shows or play their games while the adults enjoyed the other ones separately. The stream out back was nice to sit by while we cooked up hot dogs by the back fire or sat in the swing. The fire pit by back deck was very convenient being just a few steps out the back door for quick fire and s'mores and get the littlest kids back inside quickly when it gets really cold. If staying during winter I suggest turning basement fireplace on as soon as you get there. We arrived ahead of the rest of the group and disregarded the basement till they got there and it was cold but just 2 hours of that fireplace going heated it back to comfortable. Only small con from this place is hot water does become sparse with many people in there but we alternated shower times just a little bit and solved that problem quickly. The view from back porch was amazing even spotted elk up on the hill. There is a curious squirrel that we saw very often running through the trees on property. Front yard is huge.
