The location is truly the sweet spot — perfectly situated halfway between the sound and the ocean. The beach access is so close that most guests don’t even bring a wagon — just grab a towel and go. The house has 2 beach chairs and 3 beach towels for your use.
After a day on the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, framed by cedar plank louvers for privacy and a classic coastal feel. Enjoy downtime in the comfortable living room with streaming TV, cook meals together in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or gather around the dining table for a casual family meal. Step out onto the large deck to relax with a drink, feel the coastal breeze, and enjoy the soft colors of a Holden Beach sunset.

We absolutely fell in love with this house ! Everything was great. Clean, bright and totally relaxing . Cabinets are labeled and have all kinds of kitchen things to get anyone through a trip. The beds are very comfortable! Quick walk to the beach! If you love collecting shells, this is a perfect spot for that. Laura was amazing to work with…. Answered any questions I had - quickly and friendly. It was just my husband and I- this place is perfect for a couple!

This place was great very cozy and comfortable and in a great location - only a few minutes walk to the beach. It has pretty much anything you’d need amenity-wise. Also the outdoor shower was excellent for bathing our dog after a beach run. Would definitely stay there again!
