The location is truly the sweet spot — perfectly situated halfway between the sound and the ocean. The beach access is so close that most guests don’t even bring a wagon — just grab a towel and go. The house has 2 beach chairs and 3 beach towels for your use.
After a day on the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, framed by cedar plank louvers for privacy and a classic coastal feel. Enjoy downtime in the comfortable living room with streaming TV, cook meals together in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or gather around the dining table for a casual family meal. This was such a wonderful experience. We have stayed in Holden beach 6 times in the past 4 years and this is the 1st time we brought our 2 dogs. The house was so clean and so pet friendly we felt so at home and comfortable it was truly a home away from home. THANK YOU to the owner for such a wonderful experience.

Great property! It was very clean, close to the beach and exactly as described. I was very impressed with the comfort of the beds, the awesome bath towels-great quality! Also, the outdoor shower is a must!

Wonderful stay! Neat, tidy, and comfortable. Everything labeled and perfectly organized in kitchen. Easy access to beach. Great communication and would definitely stay again.
