This high-quality, lovingly furnished apartment is located in the historic part of the beach villa “Uns Hüsung,” just a few steps from the Baltic Sea. The extremely well-maintained and attractively designed complex, with over 100 years of history, is located directly at Beach Access 2.
With high ceilings and expansive windows, the apartment offers you a stately home by the sea with plenty of space and every conceivable comfort for relaxing and working. During the off-season, you can enjoy views of the sea from the wind-protected, heated loggia and the beautiful living area; in summer, you’ll be surrounded by the greenery of the old avenue trees that lend the unspoiled Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen its special charm.
Completely renovated in 2022 and furnished to a high standard, the apartment features a spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—a kitchen, a covered loggia, a south-facing balcony, and a sauna.
The large, cozy living room, with its classic-modern sofa corner and Grandma’s wingback chair, invites you to enjoy quiet evenings—with a glass of wine or tea in front of the TV, lost in a book, or simply gazing out at nature. At the large dining table, you can enjoy convivial meals and entertaining game nights—for example, with the board games provided—while also taking in a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.
From spring through fall, the covered loggia facing the Baltic Sea—complete with a patio heater and comfortable seating—invites you to spend your evenings outdoors and enjoy the sound of the Baltic Sea. For the cooler months, the spacious, complimentary Finnish sauna in the vacation rental offers an added touch of comfort.
The modern open-concept kitchen provides additional comfort and complements the room’s ambiance, which is designed to harmonize with the sea and the coast—perfect for self-catering.
The bedroom features a box-spring double bed (160x200 cm / height 63 cm), a large closet, a TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. This bathroom also includes a washing machine, which you’re welcome to use free of charge. Furthermore, you can step out onto the sheltered south-facing balcony directly from the bedroom.
The guest/children’s room is furnished with two single box-spring beds (each 90x200 cm / height 62 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV.
The second, interior bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Designed to accommodate four guests, the apartment offers flexible use. In addition to family vacations, this accommodations are also ideal for a getaway with friends or a special retreat for two.

There are also several restaurants to choose from in the immediate neighborhood, as well as a bakery during the season that has everything you need for your breakfast table.

Bicycles

There is a publicly accessible, lockable storage shed on the property (with limited space). There, you can safely store bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you, as well as similar items. There is also a bike rack on the property.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, bookings must cover the entire stay. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax: The visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.

The well-maintained and attractively designed complex, with a history spanning more than 100 years, is located directly on Beach Access 2 in Boltenhagen.

During the non-leafy season, you can look out over the sea from the wind-protected and heated loggia and the beautiful living area; in summer, you’re surrounded by the greenery of the old avenue trees, which give the natural Baltic resort of Boltenhagen its special charm. Two parking spaces on the premises belong to the apartment and are exclusively at your disposal during your stay.
The boardwalk and the picturesque center of Boltenhagen, with its shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. You’ll also find several restaurants to choose from in the immediate vicinity, as well as a seasonal bakery that has everything you need for your breakfast table.
