The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a maximum of 2 steps if necessary; otherwise, there is an iron staircase from the parking lot.
Parking available in front of the building. Various cleaning supplies are available in the hallway for both vacation apartments (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and many other household items)
Pets allowed upon prior arrangement; maximum of 1 pet. Wi-Fi available
Terrace: Garden furniture and a patio umbrella are provided; accessible from the apartment via the hallway
Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet, sink, a small window facing the terrace
Living/Dining Room/Kitchen: open-concept space, kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, dining table for up to 4 people, TV cabinet with TV, couch and armchair with side table, small rug in front of the couch, floor lamp, window overlooking the meadow
Bedroom 1: one double bed (2x 100 m x 200 m); the beds are open at the bottom, large wardrobe, 2 windows overlooking the garden and the meadow, blackout curtains, no roller shutters
Bedroom 2: two single beds (100 m x 200 m); beds are open at the bottom, placed apart; dresser with coat rack, mirror, and one window; blackout curtains; no roller shutters



The vacation home, which used to be the Neunkirchen Mill, has been converted into two vacation apartments. These feature a blend of old and modern furnishings. From the outside, the house still retains its historic character. The spacious property surrounding the house offers the perfect atmosphere for peace and relaxation. Our vacation home is the perfect starting point for leisurely walks, hikes, bike rides, or day trips.



On-site costs: The rental rate is per night for 2 people; each additional person is 25€. The rate includes all utilities. Cleaning is included in the rental price. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure or by prior arrangement with us. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement; we charge a daily fee of €10 for this. Smoking is not permitted. The renter is liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during the stay. Regarding the cancellation policy: you may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. A deposit of 90% is due 14 days in advance.



Check-in is possible from 2:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
