Geweldige plek en locatie om te verblijven. Ruim appartement met balkon en toegang tot de tuin. Faciliteiten zoals een pingpong tafel, pooltafel, voetbaltafel, diverse spellen (ook in het appartement). Appartement was brandschoon, met deze hitte was het zeer koel. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien; beddengoee, douchehanddoeken, keukenhanddoeken, vaatdoeken, vaatwasblokjes, afwasmiddel/borstel, handzeep, diverse pannen en ruime keuze aan servies. Ik kan nog veel meer opnoemen…
Als ik iets moet noemen is het dat ke de buren soms redelijk goed hoort in de slaapkamer, maar dat was niet mega storend voor ons.

De natuur en de stilte spraken ons hier het meest aan. De accommodatie ligt vrij afgelegen, maar op een kwartiertje rijden heb je in Gerolstein een supermarkt, bakker, diverse restaurants, een openluchtzwembad... Wij hebben hier 10 dagen verbleven en hebben heel wat leuke dingen in de omgeving kunnen bezoeken. Neem zeker de moeite om stenen te gaan kappen in Gerolstein, er is een steengroeve waar je diverse mineralen en zelfs fossielen kan vinden en die vrij toegankelijk is.
Er zaten (veel) muizen vlak onder een struik bij het terras waar we 's avonds vaak zaten, maar dat is misschien wel eigen aan logeren op een boerderij. Eigenlijk algemeen alles goed in orde.
