From the entryway, which features a coat rack and built-in closets, you enter the living room (with access to the balcony) and the shower room/toilet.
The living area, featuring new, cream-colored laminate flooring, consists of a seating area (a 2-seater couch, an armchair), a dining area, a double fold-out wardrobe bed (which folds out together), a 32-inch Grundig LED flat-screen TV, a phone with free calls to German landlines, and Wi-Fi.
The small, separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The living room leads to the small bedroom with a single bed (dimensions: 1.40 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
An outdoor parking space can be rented for 14.00 € per day (limited availability!). Pets are not allowed (except for small dogs, no larger than a dachshund).
