Very clean and comfortable right off 30A. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. We all loved having the golf cart and bikes. We chose this home because we were traveling with my elderly parents and needed a downstairs bedroom. They commented that they wished the toilet seats were higher and there were grab safety bars in the shower and by the toilet. I mention this just for those who need such accommodations. The site didn’t promise these things and I wasn’t expecting them, so no fault there. My parents managed okay.
