Situated in the heart of the pretty village of Sadillac, just a few kilometres from Bergerac airport, this charming mansion offers a wonderful blend of period charm and modern comforts, in a peaceful setting and close to some of the Dordogne's most popular towns.
The village is nestled amongst the vineyards of Bergerac and enjoys an ideal location between Issigeac and Eymet, two lively bastide towns renowned for their weekly markets, rich history and welcoming and vibrant communities.
Behind its elegant stone façade, the house offers a warm and comfortable interior with four spacious bedrooms, three of which are air-conditioned, and two shower rooms.
Outside, an easy-to-maintain private garden provides a pleasant space to relax.
The heated saltwater swimming pool (7.5m x 4m) is surrounded by sun terraces planted with vines and lavender, giving it a true Provençal character.
