Pretty house of character, located 5 minutes from the city center of Bergerac with a view of the hillsides of Monbazillac and its castle.
In order to spend convivial moments, you can enjoy its large enclosed garden as well as its swimming pool and its large furnished terrace.

Upstairs, 1 bathroom with bath, WC, 3 spacious bedrooms with storage space (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds 90).
In the basement, 1 games room (table football, dart board....), and 1 master suite (1 bed 160 and bathroom with bathtub).
The washing machine and dryer is in the cellar.
You can enjoy the gastronomy of this beautiful region in the various restaurants of the city as well as the market, the historic center known by Cyrano de Bergerac, on foot or by bike.
