About this house rental
Charming detached house completely renovated not overlooked on the edge of the Dordogne 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Bergerac 6 km from Monbazillac on the road of vineyards and historical sites. Ideal for fishermen and hikers.
On the edge of the greenway, two bicycles are at your disposal under your responsibility.
From June 15 to September 15 2100 € per week (300 € per night) as well as all weeks of French holidays for 9 people maximum.
For these periods the rental cannot be less than 7 days
The rest of the year the rental is 240 € per night with a minimum of 3 nights.
Bed linen and Toiletries are provided.
Pets are accepted with the agreement of the owner.
A deposit of 1000 € by cheque is required when the keys are handed over and will be returned at the end of the stay after the inventory of fixtures.
