Gîte Guyane

Located near the Bastide d'Eymet, the “Guyane” vacation rental—part of the Domaine Fort au Prince and adjacent to the “Haïti” vacation rental—offers high-quality amenities and services. The interior is tastefully decorated, and you’ll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation. You’ll enjoy the covered terrace and the landscaped outdoor areas on balmy summer evenings for meals with family or friends. Located along the route of vineyards and bastides, this vacation rental is ideal for exploring the Périgord Pourpre region.
The property features a spa (available year-round) and a heated pool (from mid-April to late October) shared with two other vacation rentals and the owners. The pool measures 9 m x 4 m, is 1.50 m deep, enclosed by walls and secured by a glass and metal gate with a lock.
For added comfort, the owners have thought of everything: the beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided free of charge.

On the first floor, you’ll enter the cottage through a separate entrance leading to the dining room and living room with TV and internet, then to a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner induction cooktop, and a fridge-freezer. You’ll also enjoy a bedroom (wheelchair accessible) with one 160x200 bed, a bathroom with a shower that opens onto the bedroom, and a separate restroom. Upstairs, you’ll have access to a bedroom with one 160x200 bed and a family bedroom that includes one 160x200 bed with a private, separate bathroom, as well as one 140x190 bed in the loft with a toilet. The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a private terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking.
The cottage is set back from the D25; its only neighbors in the distance are La Conserverie Lou Gascoun (250 m) and an agricultural cooperative with grain silos (350 m).
