About this villa rental
This magnificent villa of 115 m2 on an enclosed plot of 775 m2, completely renovated, is located in a quiet and residential area in Andernos-Les-Bains.PGJyPg
Secure electric gate. Parking spaces as close as possible to the house.
The entrance opens onto a large and very bright living room open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room can easily accommodate 8 guests. The latter gives direct access to a large veranda (where it is possible to have lunch for 8 people as well) with views of the garden, the outdoor lounge and the deckchairs, as well as the outdoor jacuzzi and its sunbeds which will ensure you peaceful moments.
The villa offers 7 beds divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds (1 single bed + 1 double bed).
You will have at your disposal 2 bathrooms, 1 with toilet and a separate toilet.
Fully air-conditioned villa.
It is an ideal space for 4 adults and 2 or 3 children.
First time in the Bay of Arcachon or do you come back regularly?
Andernos les bains is a seaside town, flowery, which lives both in summer and winter. It is located halfway between the Dunet du Pilat, Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
It offers 8 tennis courts, 2 of which are covered, a Casino, a cinema, a covered market (every morning), an outdoor market (every Friday morning), shops, restaurants...
It overlooks the basin (sailing school, beaches, etc.) and is located very close to the ocean.
Cycle paths at the end of the street, allowing you to go to and from the downtown and around the Arcachon basin (for the brave!)
The villa is located:
- 400 m from a bakery,
- Less than 5 minutes from EscaladParc and the Megazone Laser Games,
- Less than 10 minutes from the city center which is lively all year round (fireworks, concerts, shows...), shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the large Louis David square (the largest Pier of the Basin), the oyster port (seafood)...
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental.
A deposit of €800 by cheque or cash (against receipt) will be required on arrival.
Arrival after 16:00 – Departure 10:00 maximum.
