About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this vacation home with lots of room for fun. This beach neighbourhood home offers a tranquil setting with ocean access, very private fenced yard, large private rooms with TV’s, fireplace, office space with printer, chefs kitchen, large dining area and library. The private yard features outdoor shower and spa, gas fire pit , BBQ deck with large covered dining area, bocce ball lane, playhouse , view deck and patio. Bicycles available with security deposit
Home has 3 large bedrooms, all with ocean view. Sofa bed in library sleeps an additional 2 people. Master bedroom on the main floor includes ensuite with soaker tub, two person shower and double vanity. Two large upstairs bedrooms with shared full bathroom, and a seating area with ocean view deck. All bedrooms feature TVs. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a gas fireplace. Also on the main floor is a TV room and an office with a desk and printer. Large back deck with covered dining and a Blackstone grill off of the kitchen. Laundry facilities are on the main floor.
Ocean view seating patio at front of home. Fully fenced backyard has a private spa and outdoor shower area, as well as a patio with gas fire pit and seating. Also available is a beautiful oyster shell surface bocce ball lane, with lighted seating area and playhouse.

We stayed here under very difficult circumstances for my mother’s memorial, and this home was a perfect sanctuary for our family during such a trying time.The house was excellent for our large group of seven adults and a baby. We never felt cramped; the layout perfectly accommodated both shared family moments and quiet private reflection.Highlights of our stay:The Location: Being just a one-minute walk from the beach was amazing. It provided a beautiful, quiet escape for walks, watching the sunrise, and just hanging out. We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming by on our first evening!Amenities: We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, which was spacious and very well-maintained. The bikes provided by the host were also a huge hit and gave us a fun way to explore the area.The Host: The host was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. Their hospitality took a lot of stress off our shoulders when we really needed it most.If you are looking for a spacious, well-equipped home in a prime location with a host who truly cares, I cannot recommend this place enough. It was the perfect backdrop for us to honor and celebrate my mom’s life.

We stayed here for a girls’ book club getaway (4 of us) and honestly, it was perfect. The house is so comfortable, beautifully designed, and absolutely spotless, truly one of the cleanest and most well-kept places we’ve ever stayed. Every space feels thoughtful and elevated, but still really cozy and easy to relax in. The ocean views from every bedroom are just unreal, such a treat to wake up to.We ended up spending most of our time at the house because it was just that nice. Coffee on the front patio, reading in all the cozy little spots inside, cooking family style meals in the gourmet kitchen, curled up for movies in the livingroom, long chats around the fire pit, and evenings in the hot tub. There are so many different spaces to hang out, and each one is just as inviting as the next.The bikes were such a fun bonus!! We rode down to the beach and over to the pub, which ended up being one of our favourite parts of the weekend.Everything was so well set up, we didn’t feel like anything was missing. Zero notes for David and Lynne, they’ve created such a special place.We already can’t wait for our next stay here.
