The "Oberdeck Backbord" apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in Grimersum, just a few minutes from Greetsiel. With a spacious living area of 62 m² and a total of three comfortable rooms, this accommodations are ideal for families, couples, or small travel groups of up to five people. Two separate bedrooms ensure peaceful nights and privacy. The rural location in the village of Grimersum, right on the Siel, offers a natural setting where you can enjoy a relaxing vacation.
The heart of the accommodations are the bright living and dining area with hardwood floors, which offers a pleasant atmosphere thanks to its large windows. Here you’ll find a cozy sofa with two armchairs, a smart TV, and the dining table. The open kitchen area faces the living area and is fully equipped: a modern ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and an additional freezer are at your disposal. Of course, you’ll also find kitchen utensils, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has two bedrooms; one features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) and a wardrobe; the other has a bunk bed with three beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) stacked on top of each other—though the top two beds are really only suitable for children—as well as a dresser.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a modern sink, a mirror, and a toilet. The accommodations are equipped with fly screens on the main windows.
In addition to the smart TV, books and games are available for your entertainment. Free Wi-Fi access (we cannot guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed) allows you to use the internet at any time. If you’d like to relax outdoors, you’ll find a shared terrace with patio furniture, a large lawn for sunbathing, and a barbecue area in the garden. The attached boathouse, equipped with SUPs and a canoe, along with the dock, lets you enjoy relaxing hours by the water—ideal for nature lovers and anglers.
Bicycle storage is available in the boathouse. The property is designated as a smoke-free facility and is dog-friendly—up to three dogs are welcome.
