The house is a detached house in a quiet environment.
This comfortable house has on the ground floor a nice living-dining area with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven with ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender and more. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, a utility room with washer and dryer. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds and a shower room with toilet and a small storeroom.
The lovely terrace is a dream for those seeking tranquility. The great direct Kanalage is a paradise for fishermen and nature lovers. You can expect a wonderful view of the meadows and fields with romantic sunsets. Even families with a pet will feel very comfortable here. Two parking spaces are at the house. The bordering directly on the site channel has a connection to Greestiel and Emden; in summer by boat, partially passable in winter by ice! A rowing boat and a canoe are available (for a fee). A pet can be brought along on request.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattet, großes Grundstück am Kanal mit Steg! Greetsiel und andere interessante Orte sind schnell zu erreichen! Gute Betreuung durch Frau Beer, danke dafür! Leckere Brötchen gab es in Widrum (3 km)! Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut, negativ empfanden wir die alten Haushaltsgeräte wie, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Herd! Stromfresser, nicht mehr zeitgemäß! 25 € Stromverbrauch in 7 Tagen sind einfach zuviel!
