About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental sleeps up to 5 people: in the bedroom on a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and in the living room on a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2 m), In addition, a travel/guest mattress (1.90 m x 0.80 m, especially for children or teenagers) is available if needed, as well as a travel crib for the little ones.
The bedroom can be darkened (shutters), and there are reading lamps by the bed.
The spacious kitchen-living room, with its extensive array of appliances, large stovetop, and oven, is perfect for cooking and baking. In addition, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth (when it gets colder outside), and for the little ones, there’s a play corner with an extensive collection of children’s books and games.
A shopping basket, shopping bags, and a cooler are available for shopping or outings. A large fridge-freezer is located in the dining room.
In the living room, which opens onto the partially covered terrace, you’ll find plenty of reading material for the reading nook, as well as satellite TV with digital radio and a CD player. An extensive collection of games invites you to play.
The bathroom now features a wheelchair-accessible shower, plenty of storage space, a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, a shower stool (both fixed and portable), and a first-aid kit. Especially during the transitional seasons, an infrared heater provides cozy warmth. Use of the washing machine is available by arrangement (especially for longer stays).
For our younger guests, there is a portable changing table, a built-in children’s toilet seat, and a step stool (e.g., for the sink).
The partially covered terrace offers an outdoor dining area, additional seating under a kiwi pergola, a place to park strollers (or in the entryway), and a clothesline for drying laundry. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a swing chair invite you to relax. For our younger guests, there is a fenced-in garden with a sandbox and toys.
For our cyclists, we offer bike storage in a lockable room (bike shed). Charging e-bike batteries is free of charge. Please follow the instructions in the user manual for charging. A repair kit is available for any necessary repairs, along with contact information for nearby repair shops.
The Thaininger Sommer-Warmbad is only about 300 meters away, and the village store is just about 500 meters away. There are also a variety of supermarkets and places to eat in the immediate vicinity.
Our vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area (30-zone) on the outskirts of town with no through traffic. You can set out right from your front door for sunny walks, go on bike rides to the Lech or Ammersee, and explore extensive trails for jogging and walking.
