The apartment has a large living/sleeping area with two beds (or double bed of 180 cm x 190 cm), as well as a sofa bed (100/140 cm x 200 cm), a regular sofa, coffee table, wardrobe and Sat-TV. The eat-in kitchen with comfortable corner sitting area and closet has a kitchen unit and dishes for 6 people. New, enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet, and vent. The small extra-bedroom with ventilation window, shelves and French bed (140 cm x 200 cm) is located in the basement and is perfectly suitable for snorers, so that their holiday partners can enjoy restful sleep.
The apartment is equipped with wooden furniture in the rural style and the two terraces on the east and south are your 'garden room' (garden chairs, tables, sun loungers and umbrellas).
Your parking spot is 5 m away and can be reached over a covered, short staircase.
Transport service with electric vehicle.

Perfect for young and old.
The garden apartment is your holiday kingdom, where you can spend your time without interference. For those who want to take it easy, there is outdoor furniture and sun loungers on the terraces, so that you can have your meals and relax in the 'garden room'.
For those who want to take advantage of additional relaxation methods, there are onsite Reiki treatments available.

For groups: Bowling friends, hiking clubs, bicycle clubs... up to 14 people can stay with us in the garden apartment and the garden house. The location is very suitable for excursions on foot, bike, motorcycle or by car. There are many worthwhile destinations in nature, as well as famous sights in the vicinity, making your time here go by fast.
Hiking fans can hike the König-Ludwig-Trail, the Prälatenweg, Lechhöhenweg, or Jacobsweg, only 5 mins away from the house. Nature lovers find flora and fauna in the Königsfilz and in the alluvial forest along the Lech, only a short distance away. The nature reserve Kenzen for mountain hikers and climbers is only 15 minutes away.
Cyclist can take on the Dampflokrunde cycling path in Lechbruck (1km). You can go on a pilgrimage to the Pilgrimage Church of Wies or climb the Auerberg. Water fans enjoy the 'panorama swimming' at the Schmuttersee (6km), wild water rafting on the Ammer or a tranquil boat trip across the Forggensee with views of the castle. For those who enjoy warm mineral springs there are the König-Ludwig-Thermal-baths in Schwangau (17km).

For seminars: If you want to organize a seminar, our property presents an affordable alternative, whether you offer seminars for personal growth, creativity or small conferences. You are very welcome. Standard technological equipment for presentation is available and the two seminar rooms can be adjusted according to your specifications. For physical activities, we are offering mats and three treatment cots are available.
The special location with its proximity to nature supports the learning process and deepens your awareness and perception.
