This magnificent T2 bis on the 2nd floor with elevator, can accommodate up to 1 couple and 2 children. It will seduce you with its brightness, its location and its large covered terrace with a view of the Arcachon basin.
The residence is located 250 m from the beach of Eyrac and the cycle paths relaying on one side the city center at 400m and on the other the port and the Aiguillon district.
The train station is 700m away (possibility of transfer on request)
