Located in the city of Autumn, 100m from the beach, 800m from the Casino and the city center, duplex apartment on the 4th floor of a condominium with lift:
- entrance, living room with sofa bed (140x200), dining area, TV, wifi, opening onto a south-facing terrace with furniture.
- fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.
- Independent toilet.
Upstairs: - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200), and 2 trundle beds (90x190), bathroom with washing machine, dressing room.
- Pets not allowed.
Outdoor bike space.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the rental (inside and outside).

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- Horseback riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
