Very nice room and easy to access beach, pools, and hot tub.

The oceanfront location and views from this condo are the only thing that saved our experience. This unit's first floor location over the parking garage was planned intentionally so we could sit on our balcony and watch the rest of our family enjoy the hot tub (which was cold the first day of our stay) and pool area; HOWEVER, this unit is also directly above the pump room and the noise at night made it unbearable to get a good night's sleep. The condo is also in need of ordinary and expected maintenance. Many of the lights/lamps in the unit did not work, the bathroom fixtures did not operate correctly, and the sliding door leading out to the balcony from the den area would not open. Though the possibilities of me returning to this complex are low, I will never book this particular unit again!
