About this apartment rental
Looking for a vacation with lots of room and lots of activities for all in your party. This Condo is a beach front unit located in the Crescent Shores Resort and is 4 bedroom 3 baths and fully appointed with everything you need and then some! Many of our reviews were combined with our other condo as this is just one of two listed with VRBO the other listing is 125397. We have rented and owned both condos since the Crescent Shores first opened.
The North Myrtle Beach Area is perfect for families/extended families. All the comforts of home are here, every room has a TV/VCR/DVD. And speaking of rooms they are all large with plenty of room to spread out. No cramped quarters here! We recently just put in all flat screen panel TV's . All bedrooms have pillow top mattresses put in for this season.
The balcony is 27 feet long and can easily accommodate your groupfor dining overlooking a beautiful beach. Kitchens and bathrooms all have granite countertops. Master bathroom the Crescent Shores is a jetted hot tub and there is a stand alone shower. Master bedroom opens onto the balcony. All the bedrooms have closets and are furnished to handle large families. All the furniture is top of the line and classy; no beach front cheapies here. There are books and videos for your use along with beach chairs in the outdoor closets.
And the views - Well you just cannot beat them. You can see for miles even from the other bedrooms. Our Units are end units so no feeling like you are in a cave here. Lots of light and day and night time views.
Next door to Crescent Shores is Molly Darcy's a great bar/restaurant so you do not have to go far for a drink and a quick bite. This beach area is used to launch the parasailing and banana boat rides. Prices are negotiable with them give it a try! There is at least one mini golf location within walking distance. We know what it is like to feed an army and try and do it on a budget. There is a Super Walmart close by. A little further away in South Myrtle Beach is a Costco and Sams Club. Our full size refrigerator will come in handy.
If you prefer to eat out the choices go on and on. From Barefoot Landing to the many individual restaurants you have hundreds of choices for every palette. There is plenty of shopping within minutes. A newly renovated twelve-plex theater within 10 minutes drive at the Colonial Mall.

Condo is an end unit right next to elevator!! Parking is across the street in parking garage. Keys to enter unit are a little difficult, but once you get use to them they are fine. When we first arrived they tell you to look at the condo and let them know about cleaniness, damage ect!! Only things were a kids poop stained underwear in a dresser draw, the handle to refrigerator was very loose and ready to fall off . I called and they said they would send the maintenance guy monday which he never came! Handle held up lol. There is some mold and mildew in the shared bathroom that has started but with a little cleaning and paint should handle that !! Other than that great views and and large condo and friendly people!!! Would definitely rent again

The owner was very responsive and kind. Positives: amazing location, beachfront, shopping, icecream, Irish Pub, Parasailing/ Banana Boat all next door, no sand dune to climb to the beach. Pool is very nice, lazy river. Italian Ice at the pool for purchase and so delicious. The condo is spacious, perfect for family game nights. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Appliances are great. Kuerig, crock pot. Washer/ Dryer is great. Towels, wash cloths, Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels were provided as starters. Parking is across the street and convienient. Wished these things were a little better: keys were hard to unlock doors, thermostat is locked on 72, condo was very warm even with fans, indoor/ outdoor furniture could use an upgrade or cleaning at minimum. Food storage containers are needed. This was a great family vacation and we would book again!!!

The property is a nice one. There were sone items advertised in the description that were not accurate, but we did not pursue with owner or mgt company. Overall we had a good time

Property was nice, however it could have been cleaned much better. The remotes also didn’t work most of the time. The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open and they were supposed to come fix them, however they never came. Many of the lightbulbs were burnt out. The vacuum didn’t work in the unit. The 2 king mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The blind in the living room was broken and the AC temp was set at 72 and was locked so we weren’t able to change it. All in all it was a nice property. I would recommend having a working vacuum and keeping extra light bulbs and extra batteries for the remotes and also labeling the remotes for which room they properly belonged to. View was great! The weather was perfect! Even with the issues we had, I would still recommend this property.
