About this apartment rental
This oceanfront condo features plenty of natural light, granite countertops throughout and gorgeous bedding in each of its four bedrooms. Look out over the ocean on your private balcony with plenty of outdoor seating then step inside to your modern living room with beautiful wall hangings and a sleeper sofa. The living area leads into a large dining room with plenty of seating at the table and at the kitchen countertop. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stainless refrigerator. There are two king bedrooms – one with access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms feature two cozy queen beds. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Everything was clean & nicely decorated. This is 2nd time we stayed in this particular unit. We will be coming back again.

Unit is very spacious and worked perfectly for our family, great location. Lots of towels. CLEANING WAS TERRIBLE.
1. One of the bathrooms looked like it belonged in a gas station, crud all over the outside, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Maintenance immediately took care of it.
2. Hair in master bath. Master shower door full of mold and overwhelming smell of bleach.
3. Filthy floors, we had to mop hallway, kitchen, living room.
4. Inside of kitchen drawers dirty, grease on front of microwave and it is caked and gross on the underside.
5. Previous folks did not run the dishwasher, contents were dirty and smelled.
6. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser on FULL OF MOLD!!!
7. Hideous cutting board and crappy plastic cooking utensils.
8. Clothes dryer make a really loud noise all the time.

My family and I had an amazing stay. The condo was clean and comfy. The beds slept amazing. The entire condo was very very clean. The only problem we had was the can openers was rusty, but we just went and bought one. I would give this condo a 10!

The unit was just like the pictures. Clean, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean! Highly recommend.
