At "Sunny," you'll spend your dream vacation in an apartment that leaves nothing to be desired.
Private parking, a private entrance, and direct beach access from the terrace. Your very own beach chair awaits you on the beach (May through September): a “full-recliner” that folds out into a sunny lounging area.
On the first floor, you’ll find the entryway, a guest restroom, and—facing the sea—a large “princess bedroom” with its own terrace and a comfortable lounging area. On the first floor, facing the sea, is the spacious open-concept living area with excellent kitchen amenities, a wine refrigerator, and a “Quooker faucet” that provides both chilled and boiling water at the touch of a button. A large sofa arrangement, floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass walls, and a 16 m² balcony with lounge furniture allow you to relax wonderfully while enjoying the ocean view.
On the landward side are two restful bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with a large bathtub and a rain shower featuring a built-in bench. If desired, you can see the ocean from the bathroom at the touch of a button through the motorized window.
In the basement, there is a cozy TEKA sauna area with a muscle-relaxing infrared heater and a shower.
