Nestled in one of Mobile's most walkable and bike-friendly neighborhoods, you'll love exploring the quiet, charming streets of Midtown. Local shops, cafés, and parks are just a short walk or ride away, making this location ideal for soaking in the laid-back lifestyle of Mobile. This bright, first story duplex offers blends of historic charm with comfort, offering both bedrooms with comfy queen beds, dressers, and closets. A washer/dryer is included for your convenience, along with a thoughtful starter pack: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and hotel-sized toiletries.

You'll have space for up to 2 vehicles. Due to parking being shared between the two units, we ask our lower unit guest use the two car spaces provided in the front of the home and the upstairs guest must use the side street for parking.
