Amaari beach resort is a wonderful resort with superb view and access to beach. Property is very well maintained and all of the staff were very good - be it the front office, housekeeping, bugee or the restaurant. One small improvement is probably you need to have more staff at the restauarnt during breakfast hours since at times when it gets crowded the current staff were struggling to manage and there were periods of waiting. Except for this minor bit i did not experience any other issue and it was a very memorable stay and value for money.

A Decent Hotel, but Disappointing as a Resort and Poor Value for Money It was a big disappointment for me, as I booked this property expecting a proper seaside resort based on the photographs. The actual property did not match that expectation. Guests booking with a similar impression may also feel disappointed. Aamaari is clean and neatly maintained, the staff are courteous, and the swimming pool is good. However, in my opinion, it feels more like a decent hotel than a resort. The approach road is narrow, and parking is limited. Apart from the room and swimming pool, there is hardly any private outdoor space to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property consists of two buildings separated by a public street, with traffic passing between them. This takes away from the peaceful and private resort atmosphere I had expected. The sea views also need to be described more clearly. Only two rooms on each floor appear to offer a direct, front-facing sea view, while most have a side or partial view. The photographs gave me a different impression, so I would suggest confirming the exact room view before booking. At ₹10,000–₹14,000 per night, I found the pricing very high for the facilities and experience provided. The breakfast was decent, but nothing exceptional for this price range. Based on the nearby options I have seen, similar facilities and in some cases, better sea views and amenities are available in the same area at considerably lower rates. I could not see what justified such a premium, and for me, the stay did not offer value for money. I appreciate the staff’s efforts and the cleanliness. My sincere suggestion to the management is to reconsider the pricing and present the property, room views and facilities more accurately, so guests can book with the right expectations.
