The property was excellent and the location was silent and calm gotta note that the manager of the property was very attentive and caring and made arrangements for transportation. Overall a very good stay

Recommend for a quite stay. Really helpful staff as well. No food at the property or nearby but a great place to cut off from the hustle and bustle. Would require transportation to commute from here. But would defintely recommend for cleaniness and aesthetics. Right next to the Janardhanan temple.

We went for our girls trip and all of us wanted to stay together in the same room thats when we found blumin iyra that met our requirement , location is really good 5-10mins away from all popular cafes and beaches, it was well maintained , completely safe especially for female travellers and host was very friendly and helpful throughout

Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. There were several maintenance and hygiene issues that need attention: the door lock was damaged, and there were termite mud tubes visible near the washroom. While the washroom surfaces were generally clean, there was mold present, which filled the room with a strong, unpleasant moldy smell. Additionally, the swimming pool had a noticeable amount of mud in it. Inside the room, there was a lack of basic amenities, such as a clothing rack or hooks to hang damp clothes in an emergency, and the drawers were faulty and wouldn't close properly. Unfortunately, the property fell short of expectations.
