Downtime is located directly across the street from the Lookout’s Event Park, just 3 blocks up the hill from the lower pool and just another block or so to the local winery, Vin Du Luc.

The rental was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We had a great stay overall.A few things that would've made our stay excellent:The refrigerator is much smaller than we anticipated. We made it work, but it would be helpful information for families planning to do one grocery shop and cook for the week. It's possible we missed that detail in the listing.The kitchen is a bit tight for such a large home. For example, you can't comfortably stand in front of the oven while opening the door.The bunk bed mattresses were very firm. Our kids can usually sleep just about anywhere, but they had a few nights where they struggled to fall asleep because they were uncomfortable.The media room is also much smaller than the photos suggest. We expected more of a space for the kids to spread out and hang out, but it's really just a couch and TV.While the location is great, I didn't realize the home sits directly across from the public green space. There were groups of kids gathering there most evenings, and on several nights the noise continued past the 10 p.m. quiet hours. It wasn't enough to keep us awake, but it was something we hadn't experienced during previous stays at The Lookout.Overall, the home was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the size, view, and layout of this house. It was clean and convenient to the lake. The kitchen was well stocked, tons of beach towels, and all of amenities we needed. One major drawback were the lack of blinds and quality of blinds in the upstairs and basement rooms. It was very difficult to sleep past sunrise with all of the light.
