Wine Down at Chelan sits on a premium corner lot overlooking the vineyard, close to the Olympic-sized pool and large hot tub. The home offers three levels of luxury living, including five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with the primary suite on the main floor and another on the upper level. Each floor has its thermostat to set comfortable temperatures all day long. With all the charm of a cozy mountain lake cottage, the home offers ample, modern spaces that accommodate large families or couples retreats.
Inside the home, the main floor is open with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and powder bath. The kitchen features a collapsible window system that extends the outdoor space to the generous deck space with a window bar. Kick back on the large sectional and enjoy the LG SmartTV, Sonos Beam, and dual-sided fireplace. Thoughtfully designed, Master Bedroom Suite 1 welcomes you with a comfortable king bed, a fan, a work-from-home table, and an ensuite bathroom.
The main floor has French doors that open to entertaining outdoor space and includes a wrap-around covered porch-patio with a dual-sided fireplace, Adirondack chairs, hammock, Sonos Sound System, built-in heaters, window bar, and a Weber 4-burner gas grill. Relax downstairs around the firepit and enjoy a meal outside at the dining table. Between the porch and the patio, there’s outdoor seating for 24 people and a private hot tub that seats 8.
Upstairs, you’ll enjoy a nice loft gathering area with another LG SmartTV and a pit-style lounge sofa. The primary suite two on the upper level has a king bed with an ensuite tiled bathroom with dual vanities. The two bedrooms off the loft area offer beautiful queen beds and dressers.
The lower level offers a private, cozy enclave for the kids. They will love the Xbox Series X & SmartTV in the bunk room. Each of the built-in bunks also has its light and cubbies with outlets for charging devices, and there is a variety of books, games, and puzzles in the bunk room closet.
Wine Down includes gigabit fiber internet and an industrial-grade WIFI network. A 240v EV charger is available in the garage to charge your electric vehicle. PETS are NOT allowed in Wine Down.

Overall, our group had a short but lovely stay. There were a few minor issues that could make future stays a little easier: adding a baking pan to the kitchen supplies and replacing the coffee maker. There was a little ant issue in the kitchen when we got there but the property manager came out immediately to deal with it which was great. It is a very well-maintained house: the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, the beds comfortable, and the house really close to the pool! The house doesn't have a direct lake view but you get a pretty mountain vista and we got a few beautiful rainbows!

The house is a great family home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The highlight for the kids was the awesome bunkbed room – not only was it fun, but the beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made for happy campers all around.The location is perfect, with a short, easy walk to the pool, which was a huge hit with the family. We spent hours there every day! The kitchen was well-equipped for most of our needs, though it could use a few baking sheets and a strainer for those who love to cook or bake.Overall, this place is a winner! We had a blast, and the minor kitchen quibbles didn’t detract from the amazing experience. Highly recommend for families looking for a cozy, convenient, and fun home base!

This home has a great layout and suited our extended family well. Location was perfect for us - short walk to vineyard pool and small playground. The home was missing a couple essentials (baking sheet and strainer) and lots of the doors squeaked when opening. Would also suggest a childproof lock in the bunk room since there is an exterior door. Overall would stay here again!

Oven did not work, issues with dishwasher. Nice place, but for what we paid I would expect working appliances. This was known before we booked per maintenance.
