1. Our home is only suitable for ONE a small to medium-sized pet and there is a pet fee to be paid at the time of booking
2. To ensure cleanliness, we request that your pet wear a diaper and remain leashed at all times during your stay.
3. As pet owners, we`re sure you understand that little accidents can happen. Should there be a `diaper malfunction`, please clean up after your pet immediately.
4. To ensure the safety of your pet and others, pets must always be under the careful supervision of their owner or a responsible caregiver.
5. Our home is your home during your stay. However, any damage to the property, such as, but not limited to, stains, scratches, or broken items, will be billed to your Airbnb account.
In order to maintain a clean and safe environment for all, we also request that:
6. Pets are not left unattended for extended periods, and must keep pet in crate at all times to prevent them from getting on the furniture and to avoid any potential noise disturbance.
7. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture to maintain cleanliness for all guests.
