The location was perfect! Easy access to Rosemary and Seaside. Beach access was just across the street from the property, less than 5 min walk to the ocean. The property’s back yard was nice and the pool was the perfect size. The house itself was nice and had a good layout. The beds were very comfortable. However, there were some maintenance issues: washing machine didn’t work, the outdoor shower didn’t work, the pool light didn’t work, some light bulbs were burnt out, the stairway handle was loose(safety issue), the primary shower door handle and toilet roll handle were both loose.

The house was beautiful. It was just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for any vacation. The only thing I wish I didn’t have to do when we arrived was take photos of the wear and tear as I didn’t want to be charged. But other than that this place was a gem and we will be back!
