Visitor’s tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1 through October 31 each year, the municipality charges a visitor’s tax. This tax is paid by the property owner to the municipality. Costs: Ages 16 and older: €1.00/day | Ages 6–16: €0.50/day

Your vacation apartment offers a cozy, separate bedroom with a double bed in a space of approximately 57 square meters. The modern living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa, cable TV, and high-quality amenities, is perfect for romantic getaways for two or relaxing evenings with the family. The fully equipped kitchen is located in a separate room. Here you’ll find a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. From the terrace with its wooden furniture, the view stretches across meadows toward the Baltic Sea. Your car can be parked in the underground parking space that comes with the vacation rental. For a fee, you can use the sauna located in the residential complex. In the basement, you’ll find a table tennis room, as well as washing machines and dryers that can be used for a fee. For younger guests, there is a large playground in the immediate vicinity, which can be seen from the apartment.

The vacation rental includes an underground parking space and free Wi-Fi. In the complex’s common areas, guests may use the laundry room, table tennis room, bicycle storage room, and a fish-gutting room for anglers.
Upon request, you can add bed linens and towels (€24.00 per person) for a fee when picking up the keys.

Hohen Wischendorf, a vacation destination between Wismar and Boltenhagen
The apartment is located in a small vacation complex in a quiet, sun-drenched setting between Wismar —a World Heritage Site—and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wischendorf. The nearby natural beach and the small marina are just a few minutes’ walk away, about 0.8 km. After a walk on the beach, enjoy the ocean view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. In the designated nature reserves, you can hear the cranes.
