Holiday loft for four people in Sociópolis, in the south of Valencia, four and a half kilometres from the centre. Plaza Tower is a building of ten modern, fully equipped lofts in a quiet residential area with good connections.

The loft is a studio, with a double bed and a sofa bed for two more people, a private bathroom, a fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob and full appliances, ducted air conditioning, heating, wifi and a television. Contemporary furniture and quality finishes. It is on the ground floor, so you come in without stairs and without carrying cases.

This is a neighbourhood area, with shops at street level and quiet at night. The bus stop is five minutes away on foot: it is line 59, which runs down to Estación del Norte, right in the centre, passing through Patraix and the Doctor Peset hospital, and it comes every twenty minutes. If you arrive by car, street parking nearby is usually easy. Joaquin Sorolla train station is a little over three kilometres away.
