This stylish and exceptionally spacious apartment offers the perfect setting for a relaxing, upscale stay. The centerpiece of the apartment is the impressive, approximately 40 m² sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, which floods the space with natural light and creates a unique sense of openness. A private hot tub, a cozy fireplace, high-quality materials, and thoughtful design combine to create a truly comfortable atmosphere.
The living area, featuring a large corner sofa and a 65-inch smart TV, is perfect for relaxing evenings. The living room and hallway feature elegant oak parquet flooring, while the sunroom and bathroom are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. The luxurious bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, two sinks, a bidet, and a large bathtub with a whirlpool function, providing true spa-like comfort.
The three quiet bedrooms are furnished with very comfortable beds and feature exterior shutters, ensuring restful nights. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and two coffee machines (espresso and capsule) are available. The 220-cm dining table comfortably seats all guests—ideal for shared meals or cozy evenings.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet two-family house in a nature-rich setting, yet is only about 2 km from the center of Worpswede. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Access is through the shared front door, followed by a short hallway leading to the separate apartment door. Check-in is flexible and contactless via a key box. Free parking is available directly on the property; upon request, a garage can also be provided for secure storage and charging of e-bikes.
