Apartment 204 Seeseite in Stein (Dorfring 36a) is a well-maintained vacation rental located right on the beachfront and ideal for anyone who appreciates being just a short walk from the ocean. The beach and water are only about 50 meters away; the sandy beach is perfect for swimming, walking, and active days spent surfing or windsurfing. From the apartment, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea and the beach—a definite plus for relaxing on the balcony or in the living area.
The 49 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house (built in 1996) with a total of three stories. It is designated as a non-smoking property; children are welcome, and pets are allowed (up to 2). With sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people, the apartment is ideal for couples, small families, or guests who prefer a compact stay close to the beach. Youth groups are welcome upon request.
The living area, featuring vinyl flooring, is thoughtfully furnished and includes a sofa area, armchairs, a dining table, and a desk. For entertainment and relaxing evenings, Wi-Fi, a TV (1 unit, 44–55 inches, terrestrial connection), a stereo system, a radio, and a DVD player are available.
