Built in 1992, this detached apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building, allowing you to enjoy an exceptionally good view of the sea and the beach from your balcony. Just 50 meters away, you’ll find both the sandy beach and the Baltic Sea—an exceptional advantage for beachgoers, water sports enthusiasts, and families.
With a living area of 49 square meters, the apartment offers plenty of space for up to four guests. Designed to be particularly child-friendly, families with children will feel right at home here. Pets are also expressly permitted, making your stay in this apartment especially flexible.
