The 49 m² non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house built in 1996 and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area is furnished with a sofa corner, a sofa, and an armchair, as well as a dining area with a dining table. For entertainment, Wi-Fi/internet, a TV (25–34 inches, terrestrial connection), a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a radio, and books are available. Privacy screens on all windows ensure privacy; a balcony adds to the comfort of the living space.
