Good fishing, bird watching, sailing and several golf courses available nearby. Cromer and Sheringham, both with sandy beaches and a wide range of activities for all age groups. Also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, passing through countryside designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, visiting nearby coastline villages. Livelier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth for fun fair, Sea Life Centre, indoor leisure complex with aqua pool, model village, butterfly farm, amusement arcades and shopping centre, 25 miles. Norfolk Broads offer daily boat hire and river trips to explore the expanse of waterways, a natural haven for wildlife, plenty of picnic opportunities by the riverside and many riverside inns and cafes.
