ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story home requires 3 steps to enter- This property runs on a septic system- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site with shared access to the creek, ponds, and driveway. Other travelers may be present during your stay- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera on the side of the home, facing outward toward the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion- Adult supervision of young children is recommended outside due to the presence of water features- An occasional train passes by, but does not blow the horn- Wildlife, such as deer, foxes, coyotes, and raccoons, may occasionally be seen on-site- While this home is new to the Evolve network, it has welcomed many satisfied guests and continues to be maintained with care and attention to detail- NOTE FROM THE OWNER: 'Whitewood' was previously professionally managed with excellent guest experiences and is now personally cared for by us, the owners. We visit the Chattanooga area about twice per year and Whitewood was an excellent option for the two of us. We enjoyed being away from the city with the option to go into Chattanooga in just a few minutes. We have never stayed anywhere that we didn't like but have never ended our trip saying that we definitely wanted to stay in the same house again until now. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, and the weather was perfect for the firepit. Thanks for being an outstanding host!

Great stay. The location was perfect, close enough to Chattanooga without being in all of the traffic and noise. House was perfect for my husband and I, very nicely done.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay ! We got switched over to the house next door so I can’t really say how this house was but the one we stayed in loved everything about it and the bathroom was just so nice! It wasn’t much to do in the area so we stayed majorly inside but I love everything and will most definitely will book again soon thank y’all !!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our relaxing weekend in this beautiful little home. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching nature, Turtles, frogs, hummingbirds and butterflies to list a few. We would love to visit again!
