Are you seeking peace and serenity while also needing convenience to downtown Chattanooga? This property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with views of Lookout Mountain. This apartment is newly constructed and showcases a farmhouse design. Located South of St. Elmo, this destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.

Our Favorite Things:
The entire house was recently remodeled and newly furnished with a beautiful farmhouse design! It has high-speed wireless internet and there is a large smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a smart TV as well. This home is family friendly and we happily offer a pack n' play for you to use during your stay! You will just need to bring your own standard size sheets and bedding. One of our favorite amenities to this home is the large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful country view that this property has to offer.
Important Things:
1. This is an upstairs/top addition that has its own separate access. There is a basement unit below and the main house is connected on the right but there is no way to access the other units from inside. All three units have their own private entrances! The barn on the other side of the property is also a vacation rental!
2. Lady Bugs: You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.
3. Shared Fire Pit: You are welcome to enjoy the shared fire pit and charcoal grill located in the center of the circular driveway. This is a communal space shared with the other vacation rentals on the property.
4. DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that no exceptions or refunds will be granted outside of the policy, regardless of circumstances.

We travel frequently as a family of four. We generally stay in short term rentals because of the space and kitchen availability. This was THE MOST beautiful kitchen at which we have ever stayed. It even has a gas stove and dishes/ pots and pans that looked very purposeful. Most places appear that they went to a thrift store or cleaned out grandma's house. Beds were very comfortable. Linens and towels were high quality. Don't let the drive to the location scare you. Our GPS took us through a less than desirable part of town. Once you arrive, all concern is gone. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend its.

Clean property and over all enjoyable. Pet friendly except requirement to leave pet in kennel when leaving. The outdoor fire pit is communal. Our stay was pleasant except for the neighbors that showed up and decided to spread out with no consideration to anyone else. Theres a two car limit, but the neighbors brought 4 blocking the drive for ease of entering and exiting.
