Welcome to Willow Manor! This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with a 180° view of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga Valley. This home is freshly remodeled and boast so much charming old home character! Curved archways and large airy windows throughout! Located right in Flintstone, GA below Chattanooga, this destination is only 15-20 mins away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.

Our Favorite Things:
The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors. There is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy this home!
Home layout:
When entering the home, you are welcomed by the living room and the first wing of the house which has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has a full/twin bunk bed, and the master bedroom has a king! The living room sofa is a couch bed! There are smart TV's in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in this home along with a large smart TV in the living room. Go past the living room game table and past the half bath and you arrive at the open concept kitchen, dining room, and sunroom! The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck right off the kitchen to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors.The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, plate-ware, cookware, and every utensil you will need to cook during your stay. Please take note below in the "Important things to know section about the Ice machine and Oven".
Important to know:
1. There are 3 vacation rentals on this property. This is the large main home which is connected to an addition that has an upstairs and downstairs apartment units that are also vacation rentals. There is no access to the other units inside the home. They each unit have their own private and separate entrances.
2. Shared Fire-Pit: You are welcome to use the shared fire pit in the middle of the circle driveway. It is a shared space between the other vacation rentals on the property.
3. Charcoal Grill:
There is a charcoal grill right outside the glass sliding doors off the kitchen.
4. Lady Bugs: You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.
5. DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.

We did have some challenges with water flow in a basin in a bathroom - which we resolved (sediment blocking aerator screen in tap outlet); also repeated loss of pilot flame on one water heater. Owner/rep kindly came out & helped to resolve the problem (leaking P/T valve causing flooding at base of water heater). Fix is temp but worked while we were there. Dishwasher cycle was too slow for a large group - we washed dishes ourselves - which was fine. Would be good to cleanup some dumping of trash from side of steep driveway. Agent was ver responsive to our reports. The bedding was very pungent from odor of previous wash / softener. Suggest toning that down (we had to aerate house repeatedly - which was OK with warm weather but could be a problem in cold weather.

We stayed here for two nights when my daughter had a soccer tournament. The house itself could use a little TLC, but overall, it’s cute, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is great. Even though there are other rentals on the property, there’s a lot of privacy. My biggest issue was the house wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. There were cobwebs in corners and under furniture, dead bugs in vases, and dust buildup. I ended up cleaning when we got there. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for the money.
