Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in Rossville, Georgia—a perfect retreat for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, charming setting. The Space
Our home features three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Fresh linens and cozy blankets are provided to you and all beds have brand new mattresses. We are sure you`ll feel right at home!
The spacious living room is the heart of the house, with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing or spending time with loved ones. The room is filled with natural light, giving it an airy and bright feel.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, stocked with cookware, and all the essentials you’ll need to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a hearty dinner. Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice
Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.
Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:
The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking
The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival
If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.
All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.
This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
We just ask that you treat our home like you would your own!
-No smoking of any substance inside the home. If you do smoke please do so outside and clean up any butts. Evidence of any smoke inside the house will result in an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation. Extra charges will also apply for littering butts outside.
-Pets are welcome with a 2 dog max. Please select the pet option upon booking. There is an $80 nonrefundable pet fee.
Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.
We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.
Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.

First, the communication with the property manager was amazing! Extremely helpful prior to booking and also after check-in. Very fast responses. The house itself was clean, and looked to be newly renovated. (There was a dog smell, but I guess that should've been expected since pets are welcomed.) The furniture was comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues (front doorknob was loose, etc) so I notified the property manager in regards to them. I also told her we didn't want to be disturbed so don't send anyone over. She responded right away, was respectful of our request, and assured me it would be taken care of which I've no doubt it was. There was also a storm that came through during our stay and the property manager immediately reached out to check in on us to make sure everything was ok since there were reports of power outages.The only reason I didn't give this property 5 stars is because of the location. It's in what looks to be an economically depressed area. The surrounding area had abandoned factories with busted out windows, houses that were boarded up, etc. It was good for what we needed it for, a place to sleep while in town for my son's swim meet.
