The location was perfect for proximity to the attractions we wanted to visit. We went to Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway. The view was amazing, and the house was very clean and comfortable.
We were unable to get into the house upon arrival, because the code didn't work. We called, texted and emailed the hosts and weren't answered for about 20 minutes. It was very cold and we had been traveling for approximately 6 hours. We called Evolve where we booked the property, and then the hosts called us back. It was very quickly resolved once they called us. The game system for the TV didn't work (not sure if it was dead batteries or what).
