The apartment is located right on the beach and features both a balcony with an ocean view (3rd floor) and a balcony overlooking the harbor and the Nautic Tower (4th floor), the landmark of Empuriabrava.
The apartment has been newly renovated and is tastefully furnished.
With its unbeatable location, surrounded by various restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, you can enjoy a perfect vacation.
The Accommodation
The duplex apartment is located on the third floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
On the lower level (3rd floor), there is a living/dining room with a large, comfortable sleeper sofa and a 55-inch smart TV, as well as direct access to the balcony with a beautiful ocean view.
This balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors while looking out at the beach and the ocean. The balcony is very sunny, and even when it’s windy, it’s well-protected
Additionally, this floor features an open, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, a two-burner induction stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Another highlight is the side-by-side refrigerator.
On the upper floor (4th floor), easily accessible via a few steps, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a 55-inch smart TV.
From the bedroom, you have access to the rear balcony, which offers a panoramic view of the mountains (Pyrenees), the harbor, and the Natutic Tower.
Guest Access
You can park in the municipal parking lot directly in front of the apartment. This parking lot is free of charge.
The apartment is very centrally located, right on the beach, and there are many different restaurants and recreational activities nearby that you can enjoy during your stay.
Additional Important Information
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price but can be booked as an option (€15 per person).
The tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day, payable for a maximum of 7 days per stay, is not included in the rental price and will be billed separately at the time of booking.
