Nice Catalan villa with pool near the city center and the beach (400m)
It's perfect for couples, families with children and 4-legged companions.
The villa is on one level and has a beautiful garden surrounded by walls and a large pool of 4 * 8M
There is garden furniture (table chairs and loungers)
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living room with fireplace, heating.
Bedroom 1: 1 large double bed, cupboards
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140 cm
Bedroom 3: 1 single bed, which can be converted into 2 beds, in this case it takes almost the entire area of the room
Bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet, sink.
Living room: dining table, convertible sofa bed, satellite TV, wifi
Kitchen: The kitchen is basic (not renovated) a double sink, fridge, electric stove with oven, coffee percolator, toaster, mixer + crockery, pots and utensils in sufficiency. There is no microwave, no dishwasher, no washing machine.
The garden is maintained by a gardener who usually comes once a week, the pool is maintained by a company that comes twice a week in July and August and once a week the rest of the year. The pool is not heated so in general it is usable from mid-April until mid-October depending on the weather. The garden is fully fenced.In winter, the house is very nice because provided with electric heaters in each room.
