Die Aussicht ist großartig!
Erneuerung und Ergänzung der Einrichtungsgegenstände insbesondere der Küchenausstattung (Töpfe und Pfannen nicht brauchbar, nur tiefe Teller vorhanden etc.). Überprüfung der Elektroinstallation.
