The house is is fully-equiped.
The property is located 100 m from the supermarket, 300 m from PLATJA EMPURIABRAVA sand beach, 6 km from Pitch & Putt Castelló-Empuriabrava golf course, 8 km from AQUA BRAVA ROSES water park, 15 km from ESTACIÓN TREN FIGUERES train station, 66 km from AEROPORT GIRONA airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, private swimming pool ( child-safe), garage and car park in the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (french and Spanish )
In the gas open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The house is particularly suitable for family stays with children.
The groups of young people ( under 30 years old ) coming to enjoy the nightlife in Empuriabrava will not feel comfortable in the building because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments after 22h.
The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted
Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance. The price is 15€ per person.
Pets are not allowed.
The check in is between 5pm-8pm
For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).
The check out is between 8am-10am

On the day of your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit of 500€ ( credit card) and the tourist tax 2€ people

La maison est vraiment très bien placée et nous avons pleinement profité de notre week-end. C’est vraiment agréable de ne pas se servir de la voiture et d’avoir tout à disposition à pied... L’extérieur est un vrai plus, et doit être très appréciable l’été ! Merci pour ce week-end
