It is located 300 m from the supermarket, 700 m from the sandy beach, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona Airport. It is situated in an ideal area for families, within a residential development.
The villa features garden furniture, a 20 m² terrace, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fan in the living-dining room, covered parking in a nearby building, television and a 4 x 2.5 metre mooring (for a jet ski).
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
