About this house rental
This cozy, well-furnished vacation home is located in a vacation park in Dorum-Neufeld, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven.
The house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of a field and offers a stunning view.
The house is fully equipped for 4 people. Pets are not allowed, as the house is designed to be allergy-friendly. The vacation home is a smoke-free property.
The basement features a fully equipped living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and night storage heating. A flat-screen TV (with Sky Disney, Bundesliga, and movies), a CD/radio system, and a DVD player are provided. There is a second TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has another CD/USB radio. Wi-Fi and calls to German landlines are free for our guests.
The open-concept kitchen offers everything you need: coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, toaster, ceramic-top stove with convection oven, refrigerator with ***compartment, and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and a washing machine. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are also provided.
There are 2 bedrooms in the attic. The master bedroom has a double bed (a travel crib is also available), and the children’s room has two single beds. Both bedrooms have insect screens and electric exterior blinds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is also an additional restroom with a sink in the attic. The master bedroom has a second television.
The staircase can be secured with a stair gate from both the bottom and the top. In addition, a high chair is, of course, provided. Children’s toys and (children’s) books are available to our guests of all ages.
From the living room, you can access our secluded terrace. It borders a large lawn that’s perfect for playing.
The house comes with a numbered parking space.
